If you visit their village and look at the woman you will notice how much they care for proper hygiene and cleaniness. And they attend church regularly, all very organised indeed.

This is not the anomaly this nut-job thinks it is. Customs like this are placed in culture to keep people, especially women, weak and frail. The same thing is done in Africa and for over 1,000 years in China men bound and broke the feet of young girls. In Europe the advent of the corset was to make women appear petite. See the pattern?

thats not true.
they do take them off, normally only when they want to add more rings.
But they can breathe without them.

She’s claiming that it’s not the necks that are long, but ‘just deformed shoulders’ or sth…you can see the height of the shoulders and you can see the so called jewelery, so what are they trying to say – it’s an optical illusion or something?! Right… And ‘just deformed shoulderbones’, of course thát’s not unhealthy at all. Really sad.

She is Shehnaz, she is an Indian. I know cos she was a video Jockey on MTV India when I was a kid. She later bacame an actor in some south indian movies.
